Maintenance and inspection contents:
1. Check whether the lubricating oil in the cabinet is within the specified range, pick up the oil probe rod and lower it to ensure that the oil volume is in the middle of the two lines, but do not spray too much to avoid external spraying of lubricating oil.
2. Check the lubricating oil of the stepless governor, which can be visually inspected by the oil mirror. If it is lower than half of the oil mirror, the lubricating oil shall be supplemented.
3. All transmission gears of the machine shall be properly lubricated and maintained once a week.
4. The polished rod part of the polished rod cable arranger shall be properly lubricated and maintained once a week.
5. Confirm that there is no obstacle within the action range of the machine and check it at any time.
6. Tighten the screws at the transmission and connecting parts of the machine to avoid loosening and affecting the operation of the machine. Check it once a week.
7. Please run the machine at low speed for about 5 minutes before increasing the speed.
Maintenance measures for fasteners:
1. Use patrol inspection to check whether the key process parts and fastening connection parts of each machine are loose, and fasten the loose parts in time.
2. Purchase standard fasteners from national designated factories to build a inspection system with inspection as the core
3. Unify the fastening operation methods of fasteners, and try to avoid insufficient or excessive fastening, resulting in potential faults or shortening the service life of fastening parts.
